Bryne (sounds like Brian) began his raw food journey in mid-February 2009 after dealing with a number of health challenges for many years. He became a 100% raw foodist literally overnight after a lifetime of omnivorous and vegetarian eating habits.
Within a matter of days of starting what he considers now to be the optimal raw food diet, he was free from candida, hypoglycemia, chronic fatigue and debilitating depression. He was also able to cease taking all medications and virtually all supplements.
In spite of these enormous improvements, Bryne was still experiencing issues regarding mood, mental concentration and lack of energy. After a period of trial and error and seeking the advice of more experienced raw foodists, Bryne found the program which now works for him, which he has had great success adopting to his mentoring clients.
He feels that a 100% raw vegan (entirely plant based) diet is the most optimal approach, but a diet high in plant based raw foods (primarily fruits and vegetables) with minimal to no animal foods is a vastly superior program in terms of health to the omnivorous diet consumed by the majority of the population. In addition to a healthy diet, he considers exercise, rest/sleep, hydration, fresh air and a number of other factors to be crucial for both proper nutrition and health.
