WE have to pay taxes in Canada

  2. binslick1964 October 31, 2014 2:33 pm

Taxes should be voluntary. When the Govt FORCES you to pay taxes under
    penalty this is tyranny.

  3. RetSquid October 31, 2014 2:56 pm

Your opinion does not match with 100 years of law and precedent. You gained
whatever you were paid with. You paid nothing for your labor so when you
sold it the gain was 100%. F2F is full of crap. Most of the people on there
have already been convicted of income tax crimes, or their advice has
    gotten others convicted.

with bs wording like that I ask you what about me ? im a resident alien

  5. RetSquid October 31, 2014 3:44 pm

That doesn’t matter, if you live in the United States (that is all of the
fifty States, Washington DC an any territories) you are liable for income
tax. What country are you a citizen of?

  6. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 4:08 pm

I must admit that I’m a little lonely without your replies. I’d like to ask
you: Can a court have jurisdiction if no violation has occurred?

  7. wingchisao October 31, 2014 4:21 pm

It DOES NOT include a fair trade for wages. It IS NOT PROFIT if I trade my
time, my blood, and my sweat for a wage. I gain NOTHING that I did not
trade for fairly. Profit means I gained over what I already had. It’s pure
bullshit to say that my labor is worthless and the wage is profit. It’s a
fair trade. Maybe your labor is worth nothing, but mine is valuable. The
income tax being applied to wages is illegal from the get go. Freedom 2
    Fascism…look into it.

So, other people get to claim authority over me because I was born on land
they claimed? What if I had no choice as to the place of my birth? Am I
still subject to people even if I didn’t choose my place of birth?

  9. RetSquid October 31, 2014 4:55 pm

The Constitution applies to Congress and the laws passed by Congress are
binding on you because you are physically present in/a Citizen of, the
    United States.

  10. RetSquid October 31, 2014 5:26 pm

“Does the Constitution satisfy the necessary elements of a binding
agreement?” Yes, obviously it does and 625,000 died proving it was. If you
are physically present in the State, they have jurisdiction.

  11. RetSquid October 31, 2014 5:45 pm

Society seems to think the State is a good thing to have, as long as you
live in your geographic area that the State has jurisdiction over, you are
stuck with the reality that the State has authority over you, only by
reason that it is the State.

    Great video!

  13. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 6:21 pm

Is the state the soil itself?

  14. RetSquid October 31, 2014 6:51 pm

Yes, anything you received is a gain, because you did not have it before
you sold your labor. “Even if we suppose that strike benefits are made to
compensate in a sense for the loss of wages, the principle of payments in
compensation does not apply because the thing compensated for, ***the
wages, had they been received, would have been included in gross
    income.***” United States v. Kaiser, 363 U.S. 299, 311 (1960).

  15. RetSquid October 31, 2014 7:09 pm

“All individuals, freeborn and nonfreeborn, natural and unnatural alike,
must pay federal income tax on their wages, regardless of whether they have
requested, obtained or exercised any privilege from the federal
    government.” United States v. Sloan, 939 F.2d 499, 501 (7th Cir. 1991),
    cert. den. 112 S.Ct. 940 (1992).

We’re your earnings from a governmental entity ? Of not than its not a
    taxable income. LOSTHORIZONS’com

  17. Rod Knocker October 31, 2014 7:35 pm

Squiddys logic would state that all people dressed well on a boat means
they are in the Navy. Squiddy love

  18. RetSquid October 31, 2014 7:48 pm

There is no evidence it applies to you, because it does not, it applies to
the States and the Federal Government. It does give the Federal Government
and the States (along with their own constitutions) the authority to impose
laws in their areas of responsibility.

  19. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 8:00 pm

If the ground is not the state then of what significance is my geographic
    location?

  20. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 8:24 pm

So, this should be a slam dunk for you. What evidence is there that the
    Constitution applies to me?

  21. RetSquid October 31, 2014 8:24 pm

Maybe you should have read the Constitution first. “Done in Convention by
the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of
September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty
seven and of the Independence of the United States of America the Twelfth.
In Witness whereof We have hereunto subscribed our Names.”

  22. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 8:40 pm

Without my signature and a witness there is no contract and no obligation.
Since there is no obligation on my part any assertion by someone else that
I’ve violated a contract would be groundless. There would be no injury.
Without injury there is no assertion of violation of rights. Without a
violation of rights I don’t see how any court could possible prosecute.
    Please, walk me through this.

  23. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 9:01 pm

Am I to understand that you don’t wish to discuss and prove why I ought to
pay Federal Income Taxes conclusively? Personally, I’m having a good time
and learning a lot. I would hope that education and learning in the spirit
bettering ourselves would be in your mind as well. I’d like to just ask,
though, is a claim to jurisdiction something that can be contested?

  24. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 9:22 pm

I remember him/her from many years ago. At the time he/she told me that
he’she was ex-Navy or something. In this conversation he/she said something
about classes. I can’t help but notice the bullshit-flag being raised in
the back of my mind. Mostly I just wanted to see where the conversation
would go. Naturally it went, more or less, where I thought it would. “The
code applies because the code says it applies.” In logic it’s called a
    tautology. Cheers, bro.

  25. binslick1964 October 31, 2014 9:43 pm

A Govt which is a man made entity cannnot grant you any prviliges or
rights. If they did they can also take them away from you. The constitution
says we were were born with unalienable rights

  26. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 9:54 pm

If the codes derive their authority from the Constitution and the
Constitution does not apply to me and the Congress derives its authority
from the Constitution which still doesn’t apply to me then what relevance
do they have? How are any of their actions legally binding? Did I sign
anything to the effect? Was my name mentioned in any of this documentation?

  27. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 10:25 pm

A piece of paper. I have a different piece of paper that says I’m exempt.
Which piece of paper says what’s really real?

  28. RetSquid October 31, 2014 10:49 pm

Yep, the Constitution gives Congress the authority to pass laws such as
    Title 1.

  29. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 11:01 pm

The original has the signature of a single person with no witness
signature. You may look it up for yourself. There are numerous images of it
uploaded online. Without a witness signature a document is non-binding. The
original Constitution is a non-binding document. You even said so yourself
numerous times when you said that the Constitution did not apply to me.

  30. bobbygnosis October 31, 2014 11:17 pm

The people gave the authority to the State? When did this happen? Was my
name on any of the documentation? Did I sign it? Do I have to submit to the
State just because someone else does?

  31. jefferson17399 October 31, 2014 11:36 pm

Juries are not convicting for the IRS scum bags! The power is with the
    jury.

  32. bobbygnosis November 1, 2014 12:02 am

It was signed by a single person. No witness signature. Non-binding. One of
the criteria for a legal contract is that it be consentual. Why? Duress is
illegal. Similarly one must have the capacity to consent to a legally
binding contract. My birth is not evidence of acceptance of a contract
because at birth I’m unable to know what a contract is. You are profoundly
    ignorant of the law.

  33. RetSquid November 1, 2014 12:14 am

If you are just going to keep repeating the same old crap, there is no
point in me re-posting the exact same answer for the sixth or seventh time.
Go back and re-read the answer the last few times you asked this question,
    the answer is the same.

  34. RetSquid November 1, 2014 12:41 am

    1. Yes 2. When the States were formed. 3. No 4. No 5. No, because they have
    jurisdiction, you have to submit.

  35. bobbygnosis November 1, 2014 12:44 am

What are the criteria / elements required for jurisdiction?

  36. bobbygnosis November 1, 2014 1:11 am

So the application of law has nothing to do with reading? Okay, so what
makes a given piece of paper’s rules applicable?

  37. RetSquid November 1, 2014 1:38 am

    Yes, too bad, yes.

  38. RetSquid November 1, 2014 1:58 am

Do you have proof they don’t apply?

  39. LANDSHARK7130 November 1, 2014 2:10 am

I refer to it as circular logic. , the logic of people with something to
    hide. Same difference. cheers

  40. RetSquid November 1, 2014 2:38 am

“If my gains were 100%, then I should just be getting paid for doing
nothing.” You trade your labor for income, that income is 100% profit
because you didn’t pay anyone to acquire it. The people in F2F broke the
law, you can’t go to court and argue that the law does not exist. That is
    what you are doing here.

  41. bobbygnosis November 1, 2014 2:45 am

Good night and godspeed. I hope you get good grades or do well o your test.
